I feel I must a leave review of LJ, because after 10 years of camming, only this site makes āmy blood boilā grrrrr
Itās not fun and itās tough to make decent wage as a webcam model on LJ, their rules are ridiculous & too strict. You constantly worry if you have done something wrong as they dish out bans & penaltyās for the slightest thing.
In my experience, traffic levels are not great either, but you will regularly have a couple of admins in your room, watching you like hawk for any mistakes they can penalise you for.
They are slow to pay, and not generous either, only paying 25-30%. They are quick to reduce their pay-outs for any infringement of their rules and if you are splitting your cam over multiple sites, then donāt expect to make your full percentage either. Any reduction in your video or sound quality will likely result in a further 5% reduction per incident. Be careful, as you could easily find yourself working for nothing!!

I had my account suspended because they caught me splitcamming (even if I haven't the exclusivity), they sent me a pic with me very crystal clear and told me I need a new webcam š¤£ I figured they did this on purpose because I am on other websites as well. I will update my review stating there are the more clueless keyboard nerds when it comes to difference between categories. They intrusive. Unprofessional. And cost me over time longest breaks from overall cam work due to the fact i care for health. Both mentally and liver failure out of disgust. Software - Is good I sometimes see some problems. But every site is NOT perfect, when it comes to software. I love the apps and in my opinion. CamSoda to me is way better than CB.

Okay, this only can be a joke, they setup the minimum payment for everything as 200$, i know sites with high traffic not doing this and with they bad traffic, people try to give them a chance but im just frustrated and totally regret of having my content there. I feel i just put my work on the trash.

I just believe the platform software could be more modernized, i dont receive alerts when someone buys a video and they have partners where you can promote your content that i didnt explored yet but the look is not so apelative.. Very good site for fetish category. On girl categories which i had also profile in past being the first listed around 10 year it is great too. Too bad members come so rare. I guess it is normal for a site with no free chat, but when members come you know they will spend a lot. Best quality of members then on any site i ever work. Good percentage in payment and sharp precision as a sviz clock. Support was best too from any of my site until around 2 years ago responding at any day any hour within 1 hour. Any kind of problem no matter accounting to technical was fixed in max 2 hours. Sharp admins they just get it with couple details of info. Lately they respond within 1 day like others guess they cut back in support team costs, but still very good support as it is.

I just wish women learnt a bit of decency, self value case in which we would all be wealthier. Support i rate 5 just as i never ever heard their voice in 10 years. So Iām updating my review. So far the lag seems to be gone. š¤·āāļø Maybe they fixed the issues.
Anyways Iām trying to be on Stripchat again and having some fun.
I really loved this site for a long time. Yet it went from really good to really bad starting last October. The cam lag was so terrible š¢. I just couldnāt stream. I did everything I could to try and fix it. When all my other cam-sites like Chaturbate MyFreeCams worked fine. I tried contacting support they just said the problem was on my end. They asked me to do a speed test I did, and never heard back from them. I went from 27 fan club members to 9. Christmas season I had one good day then couldnāt get back on more cam lag. It was like someone from the site didnāt want me there. I saw other models just banking. š Sadly I went to Chaturbate to cover my losses. Now the site works just fine. No more cam lag. And seem my room is less than 16 people in it mostly greys. Very disappointed ā¹ļø. I use to have so much fun there.

Here is my review of Streammate. I would definitely recommend this camsite. This is my 3rd week working on Streammate. The first two weeks as a new model, the traffic was awesome! I really worked the site and made really good money. It took me over a week to get approved. I applied 10 times but it was definitely worth the persistence (read everything very carefully). Most of the guys are nice and spend time in my private chat. My payments have been on time (ACH Direct Deposit). Traffic has slowed down a bit this week but Iām still getting traffic and members are spending but I just have to work more hours. Iām hoping to continue to make good money for the weeks to come but overall I highly recommend Streammate; just be patient with the approval process and after that, this site works well for me. I also love that it is a premium site and the members are verified. Make sure you know the rules, like all cam sites , some guys will try to get you to break them. Donāt fall for it. Be Smart. Iāll update this review in a few more weeks but so far so good.
UPDATE: Since Rutger reached out to me via email to inquire if my opinion of Streammate has changed in these last couple weeks.
This is week six and I am still enjoying the site. Iām still making the goals Iāve been setting for myself. There have been some software technology issues at times like suddenly disconnecting some private and exclusive viewers or my live stream stopping but I just log off and re-log in and the guys generally find me again and the show goes on.
Traffic is still good. I have had several repeat viewers who are amazing and love lengthy shows so Streammate is still working well for me.
Iāll update you at the 3 month mark but so far so good. I still highly recommend this premium site.
I also like that Streammate hosted a livestream workshop for cam models and performers.
