I’m not sure what’s going on with the other reviews, yes sure stripchat has its kinks and sometimes may be a bit wonky but so does every cam site. You CAN ban people as well as mute them( if they comment) You can also report users to support and they do something about it. I’ve worked directly with Charlie and I have 0 complaints and I know several cam girls that can attest to this.
I have never felt scared for my safety on this site and when I’ve come close to feeling uncomfortable stripchat has always been there to back me up.
It’s the only site you can mobile stream. The only site you can PUBLIC stream. And it’s super user friendly. I will always and forever recommend Charlie and Stripchat. And it has REALLY fair pay given the traffic they push your way. If you aren’t growing then you need to start doing more research. Watch other models, stay consistent, build your profile. The more you put in the more you will get. Stripchat has changed my life and taught me that hard work does pay off. Just NEVER stop trying to be better and do better

02/08/2025 UPDATE: Now they will not respond to my email after they suspended my account for a week for not doing a tip goal show that they said was finished and it was not! Also, for stopping a 8tk ticket show with 1 member who disappeared after joining so I stopped the show! These are minor reasons and they suspended my account for a week and without even a warning!
My cybersecurity expert advised me not to go back or if I do make sure that my account is safe. I don't want to log in and have my computer compromised by what my cybersecurity expert said was a stripchat bug/malware/hacker.
01/11/2025 UPDATE: My account was disabled on 01/10/25. I have been back and forth with stripchat support for about 2 months now. Telling them that my "models" account has been compromised and I have to say "models account" because support thinks that I am a member. I have been dealing with a stripchat hacker. Sending me malware making my windows to randomly freeze and NO it's not my computers or the other sites that I am on causing the problem. I have spent hours/days/months with computer and cyber security experts and they have all said. That Stripchat has the malware/hacker. They are saying this because my computers only act up when I am signed in to stripchat in my "Model Account". I do not have a members account! Also, during the freeze everything is working just fine in the background and my fans can see what I am doing. I can't! I have videos, screen shots of what happens during the freeze. Also, I have noticed that there is always a incognito ultimate member(s) in my room spying on me when my windows freeze. I have to hit ctrl/alt/delete to get the windows to unfreeze and if it was my computer(s). This would be happening all of the time and not just on stripchat. I have sent many emails to support with them saying it's your computers, not us, have your computers scanned for malware and reset. Well I did and it still happens. At one point it got so bad that I had to hit ctrl/alt/delete 5 times. After all of this! I am willing to do a remote session with stripchat to fix this or get a new account. So you know what they did after I said that. They sent me an email saying that my account has been suspended for suspicious activity and had me verify my account. Good thing? I don't know! They will not give me a straight answer or let me talk to a real person.
11/17/2024 UPDATE: NEW START! I have started back up on Stripchat and so far it's good. Traffic is still bad, and they are still allowing members to talk to each other without the model knowing. If they had a clear chat room button to include those who tipped and/or chatted. That would solve this problem and fast. By doing this would make the grey members & members with no tokens "freeloaders". Will become a member or token up, to prove that he/she is their for the "model" and not for some other reason that the model might not like. Besides, if members that come in the models room they need to be focused on the model! Plus, if they can't even tip 20 tokens "HI TIP", then they really do not need to be in the models room. On that NOTE! I have copied and saved my past reviews to be posted if necessary.

@CammiCams Thank you so much, they really lack paying traffic, alot of free loaders just sit there waiting for someone the tip 2 tokens for the model to bust it open in public chat. I have more to say but im giving it a month before full updated review because i want to be fair, last year September when i worked there for a short time i had way more traffic, now that i have returned i see a drastic decrease in traffic, but i guess its because i choose to not BUST IT OUT IN PUBLIC but i do flashes, well i we just have to wait a couple weeks to see whats good.

Your more than welcome @Ebonyswan and yes there are a lot of freeloaders. But @Charlie_SC is working hard to get a kick out button for us. We have to teach these members that it is not okay to sit and do nothing. Also, if a member sits in your room for more than 3 minutes. He is not their for you! He is probably recording your room, selling your videos or talking badly about you behind your back. That's unacceptable and that's why we need a kick out button or something to prevent this from happening. It's our room and we should have total control of who stays and does not. Happy Camming
I agree with the non-paying traffic, I left this site last year due to this very reason and will not be returning until they get better paying traffic and a kick button. Those member really abuse their privileges which eventually leads to the being abusive to the model with their constant harassment in messages if they're a gold member or the greys who will literally stalk you everytime you stream. There are customers who will even go out their way to ruin and troll your show but the support team will no do anything. I joined this site the very beginning on 2020 when traffic was excellent and the members were tolerable now it's a different story. The traffic they have doesn't want to do any private shows and barely want to tip and for those reasons I took my talents elsewhere.

@daisydeep You can't ban or kick out members from your chat room unless they say something. If you can congrats! I have never worked for a site that does not allow you to kick out members that just sit for hours and do nothing. If they sit and do nothing that is considered as stalking and being a vagrant. Which SC's own TOU states that the members are not allowed to do this. I am a private show model. I do public shows but NOT for FREE and members sitting in rooms for over 3 minutes needs to stop. Hiiii! Although yes I have seen this at the end of the day it’s part of streaming on the internet. These people are not stalkers they are recording your streams usually for archive sites or they are a user that closed out their computer while being on your page. After speaking with various models this happens in ever platform. In regards to traffic, my traffic was low when I first started but that quickly changed the more consistent I became. If you stick to your schedule regardless of how dead your room may be you WILL grow. Mobile streams attract the most traffic. Detailed topics, emojis in tip menu, Lovense toys, having a good thumbnail, good knights, a flashy profile. Many ways to fix your problems, things take time but you will get there. It’s not always the site that is the problem. Make sure you are on good equipment with good service. I would say next time try a mobile stream and stay on for ranks to gather points. Good luck y’all!
Thank you for your post @cutiepiemaryxx. But I disagree and here's why. I have been a cam model for over 13 years and I have never worked for a site that does not have a kick out button. Also, stripchat allows every member to talk to each other and that's not right. Who knows what they are doing or saying without the models knowing? That needs to stop and a kick out button would put a stop to it fast. You might be okay with ppl recording. But I and many other models are not okay with that! If they want a recording, then they can go private or exclusive. Stripchat, says that the models are in control of their chat rooms. NO we are NOT! If we were, then we would have a kick out button. Stripchat as great possibilities and will get more models working for them. If they would stop the stalkers and potential abusers! How would you feel if these members were right outside your window stairing or talking shit about you or selling your videos or photos WITHOUT you knowing? Would you call the police? I would! Again, a Kick out Button would be like calling the police. It makes me feel uncomfortable not knowing what these stalkers are doing and that's why I call them stalkers! Look up Stalkers! I did!

SC is a bit weird in the beginning. They use a "StripScore", you see it in your payment history. The more you earned the past, the higher you rank and the more viewers you'll get. Afaik one has an increased StripScore in the first month or so, but generally this mechanism is a bit mean, 'cause models who make a lot get a lot of traffic. Getting there can be a tough way..
Works best from everything I tried so far. Traffic could be better, but this site is billion times better than OnlyFans. (OF simply deleted most of my content because it would be "embarrassing" - fisting, gaping or prolapse)
What I'm missing is changing the thumbnail. Simply setting it to the mid of the video would be better than the first second. Support told me it's planned to be introduced, but it takes time.

Working on Stream mate since last November, however I am via cam cash daily. So, no payment issues for me, paid daily straight into bank but for a lower cut, which I accept.
Initially very busy but traffic has been slower and slower and now it can be a struggle to earn more than about $50 in a few hours. I also find I get a lot of disconnections, for no reason. I know my own connection is fine as I work remotely in a vanilla job as well and never have this problem. I will stick with it for now as I actually enjoy the work there but will need to find a second site as well I think

A lot of imlive hosts are leaving because of the 12%. No matter what imlive customer service says or how they justify it, there is NO excuse to pay models a lousy 12%. I was on there off and on from 2009-2021 and the 12% made me leave permanently.

The camscore... That's the main problem with this site.. The barely non-existing support.. Another issue.. The traffic depends on your camscore and it downgrades if you don't make money, but how could you make money as long as no one sees you?! Stupid theory really and it doesn't seem to be changed soon.. I had faith that over the years they will reconsider it because it's way too old style and way too stupid idea to let the models down and to give up on it.. Payment is fast though. I like the software even if it's old. It still does have glitches sometimes but it's pretty fine.. The quality of the members is poor overall.. However, there are few of them willing to pay, and the great features mfc share has it's pretty promising. Overall I like it but hate it for the camscore at the same time.

One of my favorites camsites. I'm loving it so far but I have to be honest that I'm pretty afraid after what other models experienced with them.. Permanent bans, earnings kept.. That terrifies me, even though I never experienced such thing I am afraid now.. But besides it, nothing to complain about. I love it!

I used to cam on this site and I loved the idea of non freechat. I think this is its greatest and special feature above other camsites. I've started with it as a Mistress and I loved it. The traffic was not explosive but even then, the paying members were there. They were taking me private within a minute since they entered my room. The only reason I am currently not streaming on it anymore is because the new verification process. I have to sign that paper after I print it from my computer, and I currently do not have a printer for it. All in one, I adore it. The single cons I have with it are the minimum payout range which is $100 (I left my account with 80 bucks for one year now) so I never received my last payment and the picture quality. All in one I'll fix it sooner and get back to it because it's worth it.

Any success? I have been waiting for responses from them for a month now. I got banned without a word while I wasn’t camming for weeks. It’s impossible to reach them. 
So i need clarify my ratings. Traffic is not 3 stars on regular categories. But on fetish categories i get most traffic from regular ones people i do not work with because they incompatible with me and fetish category i seek. For regular categories i woulkd rate 4. Payment i have no idea yet as I just starterd with this site. So i rate by default. Support rate also. Software hmmm. Thanks God they quit that automatic disconnect every 10 minutes. it was the most nerve wrecking thing to click a hundred time like an idiot so you stay online. when message automate disconnect you couldn't just click you there you had click so many time and you are a human not a bot. Patience and tolerance has limits. Not mentioned when you were private session elsewhere they taken you out by default out of stream loool case in which any time you private on different site you needed relog to them and check all setting again every single private. Like they wish chase women away from streaming no site done such a nerve/ patience test to me before.
What i do like is payments in euros and decent procentual. Nothing to say here. Software unless that annoying auto disconnect every 10 minutesz it is perfect and simple with free/ private or fake private if you busy on different site or leave stream. What i absolutely hate is there is not an option to mute all guest talk. i have in like 3 days a guest same doing major harestment and spamming. i see replies in less then 40 second but until i see his spam and bully attempt all members paying member i mean messages were way in behind so a lot of scroll you need sdo many moves to ban him manually and even if banned he can come back again snce he is not member as a different guest number do same behaviour. In 3 days of sttream he harrest me with insults threaths and spam 5-6 times a shift so 9 to 10 hours. he only stop when i said he better invest all this time to seek employment and seek psychiatric help and apologized when i said to him no matter how he navigates and hidden he is his net provider plus device as ownership can make him passsible for law suit case in he cannot afford lawyers fees and payment set by court to damage site he will actually go to jail until his debts of legal matter will be paidf. he came to apologize and give me right i do not care about an anonymous apologize with mental issues contantly doing threaths and ruin all my privates cause takes all my attention with multple bans he can get away with and return just cause he is not a member. So what we doing now he able punish innapropriate mebers who still at least paid someone on site to allow life threaths and bully and spam to an eternal non payer?Mental health issue belong to doctors not to cam hostess. Mute guest or give us option to do so. I can guarantee you they will not become paying membes. Every time i converted a guest into a membetr and i done it to many many guest in years on imlive was because they were not allowed to speak with me by my choice unlike members can. so they make account and i did get high procentual on them along passive income from what they spend with other. STOP MAKING WOMEN WHO EARN YOU MONEY WITH THEIR MOODS AND BALANCE LIVING TARGETS FOR WORLDWIDE PSYCHOPATHS. THIS IS LOOSING MONEY NOT EARNING TOGETHER.

Hi xlove. Not sure if that was meant for me or Magical here above. I do not need 'help', i only did suggested which may or not be taking into account. If i join this webinar i will find myself stuck probably with an admin as it happened with iml 4 up to 6 hours in private hence free cause i was with a cam site admjn. And next day with livejasmin for two hours. It is not my job to fix technical errors of sites and i do jot agree in being online to spend more time with cam sites employeees then with members since admins take that time for you. So you need listen suggestions and proceed or not. Not to waiste a full hour day work with chathosy helping you with technicalities. You have a whole crew for that that is why we are deducted 70 to 50 from what earnings we bring to your site. So goodluck and make the cut you take from us from what is spend on us worth it.

I joined Streamates the end of March. Had some issues trying to sign up but Liz in Support cleared them up when I emailed her directly. (Thank you!) I have been on a couple sites before SM and is now my favorite. Traffic is good, pay out arrives via snail mail without incident and my earnings are consistent. Setting up to stream was simple and the software works great for me.
The guys require a bit of discipline because some have zero manners. If they are jerks, they can be blocked easily. The only thing I wish was different(totally minor thing) is the timer for 30 seconds after an Exclusive show ends. It would be great if a custom time could be set in settings. Then I would not need to log out to take a whiz after I do a show.
Overall, I’m having the best experience camming that I’ve ever had. Thank you Streamates and Liz!
