My original camsite. This site is CamWithHer/NonNudeCams/ICGirls/ClassyCams. Great community, payments are generally on time (takes a few days for it to hit your account-especially if it hits on a weekend but you can still expect your pay eventually), support is always there to help when you need it. The software is pretty good, it does make your cam lag like no other if you have a lot of customers coming in at the same time. The whole site has a very community based focus, cam girls are required to post on there forums a certain amount each month. My only serious complaint? Super low traffic. I was bumped down to the non nude site (from CamWithHer) once some personal life things happened so I was unable to cam as often and ever since I have been struggling to make my goals, not sure how traffic is on CamWithHer as opposed to NonNudeCams though.

So far this is the site that I have earned most money on, but the camscore-thing is killing me.
I also hate the fact that MFC places you, depending on your IP-address, which in my case results in people coming into my room expecting an Asian (because apparently Asian people live in Asia...) - which also has resulted in a loss of traffic for me (I tried using a software that changed my IP to a European one, and my traffic increased instantly - unfortunately, the software slowed down the connection-speed significantly, so I removed it).
As others have pointed out; there are alot of freeloaders and people that seem to expect you to give them everything for free. I have a few people in my room that do the spending, and others that cheer them on and try to ride on their tips..

It's a cute site to look upon but again I saw make net $2.000 euro or more ( $2594USD a month or more with 100 hours a month) statement but there isn't anymore info or break downs of how that all works out.
The only real benefit is that the site bills in FULL MIN INCREMENTS.
What I mean by FMI is that if someone takes you private for 5 seconds on most newer camsites they pay only for those few seconds so if you have a $3.99 a min price on another cam site, 5 seconds comes out to be about $0.33. I hate that most sites don't do full minute increment billing anymore. Models loose so much money this way.

MFC the site that started it all with free chat shows. Well I was afraid to sign up on this site mainly because of the token amounts I saw in some rooms. I actually thought each token was worth $!. When I found out the model gets .05 a token I didn't understand the 20 tokens for breasts, 50 tokens for ass topics. I thought how are they even making money like that and also it's all going on in free chat?? Whaaaaa? The sites that I was on in the past were all private type sites. This was a whole new take on camming. A great seasoned cam model said you can do whatever you want there. You don't have to get nude just try it out.
So I started on the site, things were going pretty bad. I was freaking out over my camscore daily. Waking up just to check it to see where it was. Yes the camscore will make or break your reason for logging in. If it falls then hasta luego paying members. I ended up having a basic go premium in my room and he was the highest tipper since. Still once he left the camscore took a hit. I started getting strange requests for meet up sex for $$$. Yes it got bad fast. Most of the members on my friendslist stopped buying tokens which is clear because their points never change. I disappeared for 60 days thinking the "She's back" would bring in new people but my camscore on the first day was great then in 4 hours it was cut in half. Not sure why or "who" did this but at that point I felt I wouldn't survive. Still a great member cam in tipped and did privates totally around $1600 so it bumped back up but it's been on steady downward spiral since. I still am not one for full on free chat nudity and toy shows but other models do very well. Also changing your name, updating your profile weekly helps bring up your score.
I do hang out in rooms as a premium member and tip models when I'm not on cam myself. I usually do this to get the room going and once it's started I leave. It seems to make the guys want attention and other seem to tip. The site members seem to have the "follow the leader" mentality. It really does work. Too bad I can't actually tip myself! lol my room would be on fire! ha!
Also if you have great members you can have them go into the lounge to bring people in to get group going. This also helps tremendously. I know the lounge lizards seem to broke but you'll be surprised how many are in there until someone says " hey I need your help , I want to go group and we need 1 more person.
Members on the site can pm each other so if a member doesn't like you, he can pm every guy in your room and tell them not to tip. This happened to me once when I refused to get nude in free chat for a guy that hadn't purchased tokens since 2009. He complained and harassed me and sent pms to every guy in my room to not tip. Guess what happened? They listen and didn't tip but my major tipper did my goal and then some.
Also you can ban someone usually for 6 hours or even 60 days. The 60 day feature is a bit annoying. There should be an easier option for this.
You can block locations but I don't think this really works when a guy can just go in the lounge and watch you from there. He can also talk about you there too.
This is another site that allows anyone logged in to review you. I feel once again this doesn't make sense because only men that are paying should be able to rate. Still rates don't really do anything for your camscore so someone saying " I rated and admired" is really like them saying " You're pretty" in free chat.

Be sure to watermark your cam feed , videos and pictures. There are guys that sell your stuff on membership sites or record you and put you up on different sharing sites. Be very careful here. Top models generally have a team that makes these members take these videos and photos down. You may have a harder time with that.
Even with all of the problems MFC is still the most I've ever made in a month. Ok mind you it was mainly from 1 member but still I wouldn't have found him if I wasn't there!
Software gets weird at time. Clear your cookies and try to reload. Or you may have to delete and re download the software. Sometimes if it's really bad I just log into the site directly and cam that way.

Not sure what happened to this site. Some models said they were doing good and when the RealTouch option and free toy came out I was interested in signing up. I signed up took a a month cam break and returned to find out that Xpeeps became a whitelabel for Streamate. They were pretty active and supportive on SW but when this happened they went silent and just discussed other things. Last I heard they were moved to II on SW and taken out of the camgirl section.
Still I so want to try RealTouch but the when I submitted my documents the RT said they already had a full model base.
I know I was pretty bummed out because I know a cam customer that has the device and so wanted to get that free model controller to play with.

I signed up with CamWealth at a time when I felt ready to go Indy. Actually I signed up on a few Indy sites at the same time and was done with free chat. I only made one phone private that lasted all of 6 mins. I received many yahoo messages from guys wanted shows but it was the " do you take paypal" or "other girls are cheaper" types. So I stayed logged in but that's pretty much all I received on that end. I took a cam break for a bit. Went back to free chat sites. Later I read on another forum that even though they had a good track record for paying models, it all of a sudden closed up without a word running off with model earnings. It's the strangest thing because they didn't seem all that productive to begin with and the site's layout seemed sort of 1990's style-dodgy. Still many models raved about how much they made there so I was in complete shock at the news.
Hopefully they'll come back and pay the models that worked so hard for them. Still can't believe this happened.

I was in the middle of signing up for this site after hearing they paid 40%. I thought well this definitely beats Streamate's 35% so I was about to give them a try. Then in a forum someone said no that's not what their rate is. After the traffic fee and some other fees you'll make about 25%. I was in the middle of talking to a site rep and it took awhile but she did eventually confirm this. So I said nope not taking in a quarter of what I'm making for the site. I passed.

I really wasn't a fan of the traffic my first week on the site. I received many guys and couples that seemed to think they were on a dating site.
Payment by check: Do they really need to put "STREAMATE" in big letter on the envelope? Is that where that 65% cut in advertising goes to? I'm not used to 35% cut so this really bothered me for as big as a site as Streamate is. I think I worked 1 week and moved on. Also the 30 second free peepers were getting annoying and I wasn't able to ban them in time. I ended up upping my basic rate and leaving me premium rate lower. This stopped the peepers because people went straight for the cheapest price.
I also disabled phone in privates when I heard about models receiving calls after the show was already over or the member hanging on to the line after the model was already thrown back into free chat. There really should be a button that allows a model to go back to free chat when she chooses not have her back to the cam accidentally giving a free show to anyone waiting there.
Also not a fan of them recording shows and putting them up on tube sites. If I have blocked regions this really negates that benefit. They also may give certain models warning for watermarking their live feed.
Support seems fairly decent although many complain of canned responses to questions about rules not being followed site wide.
Software: Well not sure hot that encoder works so I never really used it much.

This site was where I started. It was a great site a few years back where back to back privates was the norm. At some point many of the customers started to disappear mainly because their was some dispute with the traffic promotions group. I guess their complaint was that the site wasn't paying them so in return they signed up with SM (Streamate) and sent misspelled ifriends traffic over to streamate. When I say misspellings it was something like the "e" before the "I" or maybe someone put "z" instead of "s". After a few months the site went dead. The great feature of the site was not only the fan club but the option to bring in your own business and make 100% off of whatever that customer spent on you. If he spent on another model you made 20% off of that. It really was the place to be.
They also kept updating the site instead of fixing issues so that seemed to take away from the focus of making what they had work right instead of adding new features.
Still all in all I had a blast on this site but once it died I had to leave. I mean 8 hours with no traffic was getting old fast. They also have a guaranteed payment option of 35% that protected against chargebacks but I enjoyed the 40% +10% in 6 month option best. I only had 2 chargebacks 1 was a guy that clearly had a stolen credit card. The other was a creepy member that kept asking for things. Still that wasn't really an issue because it wasn't long before the system detected them and kicked them out of my room.
Payments were always on time and they also have direct deposit. I really did love this site and felt it was the cream of the crop. They also have great promotions so you could earn an additional 10% if you made over your average amount.
Also model referral programs and rev share options are available.
Once members got wind of Streamate and MFC I rarely ever saw them on the site again.
Still models are there and working so I'm pretty sure each model is doing their own promotions to convert members at 100%.

I started on naked last year and the privates are my main function there. I enjoy many of the nice members but the site has turned more MFC now. Free chat shows were done by a few models but many members now expect that. I tend to do only private or tease in free chat for tips.

This site I was on for about a few days. It required you to log off daily or you would get a ding against your score. There was some issue about many models not getting paid having their accts shut down once they were close to pay out. Also one of the customer service reps would yell at certain models. There's even a site called Talk Sugar Sucks to discuss shady business practices. I still heard some models did well but most seemed to complain about payments being lost in the mail or bouncing. I shut my acct down and left whatever $$ I had in there because I didn't want to have to worry about being the next victim. Still I liked the layout and design of the site.
