I loved Stripchat. I had awesome traffic an was making good money. Until one night I got on an my account had been banned. They said I was accepting payments from an outside source. Which I never did. I literally cried. I asked for proof they wouldn't give it to me. Kept my last check from me. I worked hard on there. I never accepted any payments besides theirs. I consistently told them about a girl who was stalking an harassing me an they did nothing to help me. I feel like this girl is the one who got my account banned by fraud. This girl has stolen my identity was getting me fired from jobs I never worked at. She had gotten accounts on Streamate and another website by using my identity an got me banned on there when I had never worked for them! I want my account back. I never did anything wrong an they wrongfully banned me. My heart broke I was going places with this account!!

Let's begin with the fact that this site is the ✨️BIGGEST SHIT HOLE✨️ I've ever seen in 10+ years of camping.
They have ZERO transparency. None whatsoever. They don't even have a FAQ page but somehow you're supposed to read into the stars what you're supposed to do or not. Periodically some admin will come to check your live and BLOCK you for "failing check" without getting an explanation to why or what is wrong. When you're not blocked for literally nothing you have the "opportunity" to work your ass off for THREE CENTS 🥳 Yes, 3 fucking cents. You get 3 cents for the first minute and 10 for the next one. But wait THERE'S MORE 😆 if they don't complete the minute you get ✨️to waste your time✨️. If someone stays for 1:59 you still get THREE CENTS or even better if they stay 59 sec you get nothing. They do have a tipping option but don't get too excited...no one tips and when they do they tip 50 cents and expect a full show 🤣🤣🤣
The disrespect and disregard for the models is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!
They do have a so called "support". Should change the name since they're not offering any kind of support whatsoever. Also takes them between 20 and 2000 minutes to answer between each question and no question is clearly answered.

Chose wire transfer as method and got declined. I've been using that account for over 5 years on several sites with no issue. When i asked who's making the payment and from what country they refused to give any information guy kept repeating like a parrot that i dont need that info. The bank is also supposed to read the stars apparently. The issue - instead of using a IBAN they ask for the card number. Contacted the bank, told me that that is the issue, tried to explain them and their genius answer is "yeah go make other account to other bank"🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Their other method is CRYPTO. But upon choosing that you find out that it's not actually available 😂😂😂

So far since i start to dedicate some time to this site i'm enjoying it so much, it's my kind of website because gives you freedom to be around home and then take calls, i mostly work with websites like SkyPrivate thanks to the freedom they give me, as a content creator that's really important for me otherwise i could never do both things. They have something that's really important for me: the customer rating. I think all websites should have that, is a matter of respect with our work, some of us really take it as a serious job and hardwork, and what happens with the years when you're growing is dealing with some mean models pretending they're customers, giving us bad reviews or even mean customers that hate adult workers for some reason and want to ruin or careers with a bad review when we took ages to build reputation and visibility, on this way we can protect ourselves always rating good or bad a customer and if i see a guy with just 1 star, so far i see that's well deserved, i always take them to give the benefit of the doubt but till now the rating system worked great with me.
One thing that's really important for me also is the website managers treating you like human beings, and Larry has been trully polite and helpful always i have some doubt or even the silly doubts i can have as newbie sometimes, and i had to say that because despite the fact i always like to construct good relations on this industry we all know the dark side of some websites being really disrespectful.
I am enjoying SkyPrivate a lot, have good and bad users like all the places but most of them are nice and good spenders.
Traffic is good for me since im at home all day and just let the screen on, so is not that tiring as streaming all day in typical stream websites, just the payment is a little slow but well we can organise ourselves financially and i wish all the problems on the adult industry would be having to wait a few days to receive the withdraw.
So far, i'm very motivated, thanks.

Quick update: I know all the webcam platforms are living rought times but what is deeply taking my motivation is that my main platform is not listening the models, I have no complaints with the team that was always very gentle and polite with me, but, is highly frustrating that we have to accomplish with more and more rules and meantime the members can do anything they want, the number of lurkers and abusive members are growing and while we can't record shows as evidence you should take in consideration the number of reports a certain member has. If a huge number of models are saying the same thing about a certain abusive member you should take that as consideration, we think always twice before filling a report or giving a bad review because this is our work, and it's just becoming overwhelming to deal with this harassers and sex work haters on a daily basis and see them suceed everyday.

Sadly I need to downgrade my previous review.
Bolyen Models dropped XModels ( leaving me pretty high and dry but that is another review lol) so I had to set up a new account. I remade my account exactly as before and made sure to message everyone on my list to let them know but since then I haven't gotten squat. In the last 4 days I have made under $7 and that was with easily 4 hours of live streaming. I'm unsure if this site is even worth split camming with anymore

Xmodels is one of those sites that has a lot of potential but poor execution do to it's very unmodel friendly setup.
To start with you are not allowed to ban customers only kick them for 24 hours so you continue to get trolls and timewasters. In the case of the awful trolls this can feel scary and that the site cares so little about the emotional health and safety of it's performers is a big red flag.
The second major issue is the laughable pay per minute for the models cut which is :
Private Free chat on- all countries besides the Netherlands 0.44 Euro per minute/customers from the Netherlands 0.32 Euros per minute VIP all countries but the Netherlands 1.77 ( this is for VIP set at 20 credits)
No Free Chat- all countries except the Netherlands 0.39 Euros per minute/customers from the Netherlands 0.28 Euros per minute VIP
In 2023 this is a joke and insulting.
Also the blatant prejudice towards countries other than the Netherlands is ridiculous. The idea that a customer gets a discount because of his nationality is absurd. I'd like to see how far I got if I walked into a store outside of the USA and said give me a discount because I'm American. It wouldn't go over well.
Because of this type of site culture the customers are quite cheap and demanding. "pussy in pvt?" is the only thing they say and 90% seem incapable of even basic conversation more less behaving like gentlemen and having enjoyable sessions. This isn't a language issue as even the guys in my room from native English speaking countries behave the same.
Now before this review sounds completely negative I do want to say there are certainly good things about Xmodels as well.
My interactions with support have been very pleasant and unlike on Streamate the replies are polite and do not seem to be made by Bots.
The software while far from perfect is also much better than SM as I do not experience audio or c2c issues nor anyone getting randomly booted from my room.
Just because most of the customers are poor does not mean all are and I have had some really nice, long VIP sessions with fun guys.
In a nutshell this site could be one worthwhile if they only A-allowed models to permanently ban. This is a safety issue and non negotiable as far as site quality goes.
Increased the rate for private or as a alternative option perhaps just give models the ability to turn of private and only do VIP like they do on Cams. com.
As it stands this is good for newbie models to get their feet wet but if you are a professional only for running as a background site another a different name so that your decent paying customers don't find you there. I'd never advertise it.

Hi... you present us those price in case you have more than 5 credites per minute i suppose. In ,my case, the support banned me for 7 o 10 credits, because i do shows only in vip chat. Soo, imagin , in my case i have 0.22/ min for the netherlands member wich its crazy.

I’ve been going harassed by someone and they constantly report me and I’ve asked multiple, no, COUNTLESS times for them to do something and review suspensions. I just recently had my account blocked which finally was over turned but with an additional 7 day suspension (of course, every time before they have to pay out). As soon as i get paid, I’m DONE with both strip chat and xhamster. Its not fair to be treated like that after working hard and then possibly not get paid at all. And then support staff does absolutely nothing to help those who generate the money they make.

Yeah I was getting seriously harassed and then they said I was accepting payments from an outside source which I didn't even know what that meant at first but then found out it was like cash app or Venmo.. When models log into their accounts, you are required to tick a box (every time), which states that you agree to follow the rules otherwise, you risk suspension.
We are transparent with our rules, but if models choose not to familiarize themselves with our guidelines and proceed to breach the rules, we cannot be held responsible.
Please also note, our rules also state that if your account is suspended for violations, any funds on the account will remain locked, and payment will not be generated - this is clear and transparent information which we provide in our guidelines.
Unfortunately, I cannot assist further in this case as this violation results in permanent suspension from our site, but I do wish you all the best in your future endeavours.

Cherry.tv demmands we fulfill a W8 form before we input our payment information. It's not on-line form so you need to spend money printing the paper, need to sign it up and then scan it to sent it back to them.

You will have no idea because no mirror feedback will show up at all. I went live looking my very worst self because of their misleading sofware. What you actually should do is go live as "Web" option, while virtual cam at OBS is up and running then while live on "web" option change it at the bottom option from your actual stream to "obs virtual camera".
So I actually wasted resources (money) to not earn a single cent. It's boggus.
I thought I had encountered the worst going live at BongaCams but nope nope. Cherry.tv makes me wanna send lenghty praise emails to BongaCams support.
If you are curious about stats... They have a traffic of 15k viewers per month and 2k models live at peak time. In short, they are recruiting models left and right hoping WE bring them viewers. How about no. I have no complaints really, just the 0 pay and the software could be a little clearer and less confusing when choosing the "go live" method.

Hey, can you share a bit more about your thoughts on NiteFlirt? . Do you mind sharing how much you make on there on a weekly basis, and if you work on there full time or part time? I'm a webcam model on Streamate, but I've heard good things about Niteflirt.
This site is not usually good for models outside the US, especially for Latino models, traffic is extremely restricted by the flag, if you remove the flag you will have 0 traffic, Brazilians are annoying and never add balance, they keep asking for Skype and other things.. I know they don't pay either because I had Twitter and when I said the amount they just disappeared, anyway, don't pay attention to them, sometimes a good user appears and he makes our day, but in general I don't like this one site, as soon as I have a better one I will probably abandon this one.

I worked on this site until flash stopped and they started using only OBS to broadcast which is really 👎 The traffic was average, many time wasters but also there were spenders too.

But the main thing that made me stop working with them was there is no alternative to obs to broadcast. If they will make it work through the browser, maybe i ll give it a try again, but until then im not going to broadcast there anymore.
Also another bad thing is that they record your shows and post them on your profile, as well taking pics of you being live.... continuously... like when you finish your shift you'll find dozens of pics in most unflattering positions lol - really they should stop this feature as it doesnt help models at all - on the contrary.

They have been saying they are going to give a option to stream other than OBS for over a year. I don't believe it anymore & that is why I am not using the site anymore either. OBS is just to much of a pain in the ass.

There are many things that I like about camcontacts. No free videochat - that's the best thing, as I hate free video chat websites where lots of freeloaders live their life in models free chat and would never come pvt. The members of the site are old school type, polite and good spenders. The traffic is average, it could be better, but there are members that spend alot so it's still worth it, you can make good money even with few members. The staff is friendly, helpful, fast and understanding. The payment is pretty ok 40-50% of what a member spends and is sent the next day when a period ends, they have never been in late.

The traffic is not bad, it could be better but i cant really complain, there are good spenders on the site so even if you dont get alot of calls you can still make good money with a few members. What i like about the site is that you dont have to stay in free chat wasting your time with freeloaders, the members contact you via skype to arrange a call with you but they dont see you before the paid call, so its up to you to spot the time wasters. Anyway, as they dont see you, they have no big motivation in wasting your time so... there are less timewasters than in free chat websites. The payment percent is ok, over 70%, you can request it at any time you want once you reached the minimum amount and it takes a couple of days to get your money into your bank account.

I've been on streamate for a few years but i decided to stop working with them a while ago. The site has traffic but many of the visitors are time wasters that would stay all day long in free chat if you allow them. They leave if you dare to invite them pvt or find always excuses like wife is around, i am at work etc. So, there is traffic but mostly low quality traffic. The members that join pvt are generally the instant action type, so they dont spend too much. A bad thing about the site is that they take a big cut of what the member spends, as a model you only get 30% so that makes you set a high price which can explain why the members dont stay long... they pay high rate per minute but the models get actually very little of what a member spends. Another bad thing is that the site sends you the money 21 days later, thats actually the main thing that made me stop working there.

You are wrong. Unless it's something that has been changed in the last couple of months, I'm telling you that the site pays with a 3 weeks delay. Look even here on this page at the site description (payment frequency).

Streamate has an hold period of 3 weeks for me. I guess that may depend from your country or your payment processor, but I've never heard about a weekly payout there
Without any warning my Streamate account has been close. The reasons for the closure have been inconsistent, and now they are claiming fraudulent activity. I have done nothing wrong and yet they close my account and don't tell me why. This is not reasonable behaviour, how can anybody trust them if this is how they behave!! Some kind of proof to substantiate their claims would be useful maybe.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Catalin for all of his help. He gave me wonderful advice and helped me resolve a problem with my account when it was closed. I can not thank him enough for helping me overcome this problem.

I have the same problem, they closed permanently my account "The reason for this is due to site policy violation and/or participation in fraudulent/failure to report fraudulent activity. We take this very seriously and this behavior is unacceptable. As such, you are not able to have any accounts with us going forward"
I am sure I've never broken any rule and neither has fraudulent activity. I have more than enough regulars to do any violation. My traffic was good although I don't do anything for free. Models, it seems that SM is not what it used to be, watch out
