The website is worth considering. Never had bigger troubles with them.
I had little troubles with the support. They were polite, but they couldn't understand what I wanted from them. But it was a few years ago, it could've gotten better by now.
I'm not crazy about the software though. You can cam only via the website. There is a sound only when a new customer comes to the chat (and that not even always, there were times when this sound was (very) delayed and I missed a customer). I also don't like that there is no sound when the customer writes sth during the chat. Since I cam on a few sites simultaneously, it's very helpful to hear that cause I don't always see that. I think MDH could make such option for models to decide. I think that their software is rather "not modern" and they don't work on it.

You understand, that's virus site: they involve in yourself but spoil the user's system! After then you noticed that another sites begin working worse and worse, money on them less and less, it spoils another sites but only 50 euros is minimum for payout and you won't get and it for month-two

This website used to be pretty good, but the things they have been doing over the years and the point their behaviour has reached now, is just dreadful and it needs to be said, because they think they can do whatever they want and treat models however. Their support is unbelievably rude (especially Tom - this guy is just the worst, I can't get over the fact that such disrespectful person gets to work for Visit-x support.). They don't give a care about models, which is incomprehensible since without us they wouldn't exist.
A few years ago they've made some major changes in their payment procedures. In the end result, our rates were lowered and since then we're being charged for every payment. They argumented that in return we wouldn't have to worry about chargebacks anymore, which wasn't really a compensation since we started earning less and now it's just not even true anymore in the light of the latest changes, which I will get back to in the end.
Then Visit-x decided (at once, without consulting us) that all our pictures will be free for everybody. This was forced on us. Their attitude was once again, "if you don't like it, then it's your problem".
A few times I had troubles with some users annoying or insulting me. Visit-x never wanted to block those users, neither warn them or take any other steps. So the user can call me a slut or bother me without consequences.
About 3 years ago, they've lowered our rates - just like that and without informing us. So we've started to earn less again. When I asked for the reason, they gave me an answer which was just bla bla, and they said they did it for us to bring more users to our chats. Interestingly, in my dashboard it still says that we're allegedly getting 30-50% per minute for chat, which is not true! You never get more than 30% and after deducting factoring and payment fee it's less than 25%. Not to mention from partner site you get 0,15-0,21%, which is laughable.
In 2017 they came up with free preview, so I had users watch my shows for free many times a day, which was very annoying. Thankfully, some time later they graciously decided to make this feature optional. But at first this idea was forced on us, like usually. Extremely annoying.
Then there was a situation when they blocked me - out of the blue, no warning, nothing. I contacted them and they said it's because I wasn't in front of the cam when I was online. They unblocked me but threatened to block me for much longer if I do this again. Of course there was no dialogue, no questions, just "do what you're told to do".
And the best for the last: the newest outrageous idea of Visit-x which also of course came out of the blue is punishing models for not doing whatever the user is requesting. They send warnings, deduct model's share (so welcome back chargebacks) and threaten to block them. There is no dialogue, no explanation - the model is just supposed to take it.
This website has really become the lowest of the low and I have no desire in camming there anymore since I don't know if they gonna keep my money and they disrespect models and couldn't care less about them. Really sad what has become of Visit-x. I've never had problems like that with other camming sites.
The empty slogans on their website make me laugh: "Du bestimmst, ob offenherzig und freizĂĽgig oder zurĂĽckhaltend anonym."
They don't want models to be who they want to be. They want all models to be the same and do everything they are told to do.

I also got a lot of problems with Tom , he blocked my account for 2 months without warnning because i used the french flag on my profile and i don t use french very often over there
) I lost a lot of loyal members when i was bloked those two months , and when i come back the site was totatlly changed , soo from the first 2-3 lines they put me on the last one
)) I think they care most of the german models , but for those that dosn t have german origin things are quite diff unfortunatly

Each time when i was uploading a new video and i set my price of it , they always put it lower without even asked me.. i used to charge 10 euros for a video , and after months when i was loooking , they set my price for 1 euro without even asking me. They make the payments under 20% after all the taxex and bla bla , and they charge 10 euros every time you invoice your revenue. I have members that eneter in my room 100 times per day because they have that free preview and they don t need to pay anymore. Yes, I agree with you too. The site pays less than 25% is funny and yes, they can block without warning. And the traffic has become worse over the last few years, until 2014 it was better

On a few occasions my twitter account was locked and I definitely got not even one customer all week. The thing is Skyprivate relies heavily on your own twitter for promotion. I don't know how it works exactly but it depends on your twitter. I don't have that many followers so I am fucked and I can't get more followers because then twitter blocks me. I feel as though they are just a payment processor. If you don't have your own customers, it won't make much money.
Payment? Prepare to wait 7 days after requesting payment to get paid. bitcoin takes one day though.
support? well they answer quickly with the web chat thing.
software? it does what it's supposed to. but they don't provide you with bandwidth or anything.

The website where I get internationals hanging up on me after 2 minutes. I can be a Top model everywhere else and treated like garbage by the men there. Takes forever to earn enough for a payout. No traffic and a normal rate anywhere else is "too expensive" for most there.

You always have to sacrifice % for traffic or traffic for %. Working on a listing page instead of a box site - you always have to do the promotion job and it is fine. That's a plus: now they do more promotion than before and motivate affiliates better. I do camming as part time job not too much time spent online. I am just not motivated to sit in freechat I rather do the social media. If you want traffic delivered then you can go on Streamate or Cams etc... Not to mention the premium sites' technical expectation - impossible to hit.

Hello all! Unfortunatlly , i wuld love to share my experience with xcam here.Beeinng a model of xcams for more than 8 years , i must say after all the changes that website did during the last years , i am very disappointed.I put 1 star for the traffic , because in the past this site got a lot of traffic , you culd made nice money no matter at what hour you was online , now , you stay more than 7-8 hours and you hardly can have 2-3 visits. They don t have any qualitty members anymore as in the past , before they was friendly and nice to chat with , now only few guys around and hardly stay more than 1-2 minutes, only instant action hard core guys. I put 1 star for the payments , because even they made the procentaje upper from 20% to 30-35% , the traffic is almost 0 , soo there is nooo difference in this case.I put 2 stars for support , just because in the past they where polite and friendly and easy to help , now , if you go to support only they always blame the model about the platform , streemer issuses. Almost all members that go online from mobile devices , got disconected after 1-2 seconds. I wrote several times on support about this , but there is not any change.Thats the reason i put 1 star at softwere also. I fell very dissapointed about this, just because xcams was my main site for a lot of years and it seems things dosn t move in a positie way over there. The members already belive this is a freemium site. I see models online that break the ruls almost everytime, even if there are the faq , they go online near pets ,they pee online and pooo and other stuff of things like this wich iare ,, forbidden '' from faq ruls of website .When i go to online support to complain about this type of things ,the support just put me a copy paste message...So after all , this is very disappointing!

I love this site I have only been camming for about 6 months and when I am on here even with little traffic I find no trolls rarely do people come on there just to make ther model feel horrible. I also loveee the amount of support and energy within the site with conventions to contests and mfcTV omg I love that.

I work on SakuraLive they accept non-Japanese models but they are very strict with the documents so no driver's license and no passport only a valid ID in your country and it has to look perfectly.

It's easy to connect with callers on their Chat Line, you have to send the guys recorded messages in response to their recordings, and then if they like your message they call you and do the call with you. Then I saw that the "webcam" button wasn't even activated on my profile??? WTF? I tried to click the Help section but it leads to a blank page The only way to get Help is to send an email to their support. It's all based on an algorithm so no need to be on the front page to get a call. just know that if you have your phone line off, but have SMS, and chat on you will not be anywhere near the front. Your phone line being on gives you priority in placement. Do you have a voice greeting for your listing(s)? 3-4 preview photos? Upload a paid photo gallery to entice customers? Record audio content? Create a first-time caller intro rate? The awesome thing about TTM is that you can reach out to (10) potential customers a day first (unlike Niteflirt) and see what they're into based off of their profile. And by having that intro rate you can build rapport and make the potential into a regular. Also, they have a support number that you can call if needed 1-800-238-TALK. I hope this helped!

Support is virtually nonexistent for this site if you are not affiliated with a studio. Traffic can vary but if they think you are taking traffic from their studios, they will play with your rating so you appear lower on the page or even block regions. If you are earning a good amount - I was making between $300 - $600 a week - you will start getting attacks from studio agents (giving bad ratings, making complaints, etc.). Sure, block them... and the site will give you a warning about that besides your traffic falling off. Software is and always has been glitchy even if you have a superfast connection. They are also notorious for stealing models' earning - they nicked a friend of mine for $350, stole $1000 from me. That's the big one right there for me - I worked on the site for 3 years and put up with a lot because of what I made irrespective of the low %. Stealing models' earnings is about as low as it gets.

Sorry you had issues with our site. Almost all of this is not correct though. We don't favor studios and would not put up with any studios or any other models sabotaging your profile. We also must balance our books and could not “steal” money if we wanted to (we don’t). Uh, kellya... it is simple to tell when accounts are purposely being knocked down if one knows something about IT. Very simple to tell just by monitoring the metrics. Also, if your site doesn't steal money, where is it? The office coffee fund? Everything I put there is correct - I started documenting after my friend got screwed over. If and when you respond to my email, we can discuss there but if you want a public debate, we can do that too. Cheers!

I would like to understand better what have happened and if there is anything that can be done to help you.
As for giving priority to studios, this does not happen either. All the models have equal chances on the website, there are no favors offered other than what everyone gets. If you feel like you are being harassed by someone, let us know and we will block/restrict the person from your room.

I wish that this article (https://www.ynotcam.com/2019/04/08/lola-davina-communicating-with-your-cam-peers-online/) came out then! Since they came to me and started the harassment, abuse and recording me! Then putting the recordings all over the internet and again SM NOT STOPPING THEM! I have 2 of the recordings and I still to this day want to see the recording of me on 5/17/17! I will rip that video up! Because I know what I said and I know what I did! Proving once and for all that THEY are the Harassers and I am not!

Now as far as stealing my money, let me spell it out to you as simply as possible - you closed my account. You haven't paid my money. You do not respond to emails. So where did the money go, eh? As far as manipulating where performers appear, if you honestly don't know, the IT department can give you an understanding of that - simple enough to do with the server operating system that you are using. Savvy models can tell by monitoring metrics from their end - any models that want to know how that is done, feel free to contact me. Then you will know when you have an actual connection issue or are being bs'ed.
Boy all of this sound familiar luvtocum. The only exception is I got my money. At lease SM did not falsely accuse you of running a twitter account. That you knew of BUT had NO Part in or DID NOT make. That's the reason why they closed my account. I have proof of EVERYTHING! In my situation, if SM honored there own NO HARASSMENT and ABUSE TOS policy. This would have ended a long time ago! BUT NO they made matters worse by NOT CLOSING the Accounts of my Abusers! What really makes me mad is that 2 of my abusers are still on SM! One who recorded me and the other made a horrible twitter account and then sent me threatening emails. This happened Oct 2018 BTW! Plus, Just last month I was contacted by one of them. Wanting to know if I needed help from the queen abuser. LOL What a joke! I do not need help from queen abuser. Who NOW has a Order of Protection on her from another model! I told her thanks but NO thanks. After talking with her on twitter she then got pissed off. Blocked me and told me "I have seen the 5/17/17 video and your lying. WOW! I wish that I could see this video! So I can rip that video up and expose them for the liars that they are! Like I said before "I KNOW WHAT I DID AND WHAT I SAID"! Well anyway GOOD LUCK with SM and if you want to work for a site that CARES about there models. Come over to ImLive they are the best and treat me the way I should have been treated over at SM!
*** update - Streamate in responding to emails first stated that hackers had been among my customers using fraudulent credit cards. When I debunked that explanation, they then changed the explanation to that I had applied to the site using fake ID. That's another load of BS since I worked there 3 years, have regularly supplied address and ID updates. The last person I spoke to was a Liz, who stated "we stand by support..." which I read as "we stole your money and have already spent it - fuck off". Ok, Streamate, you stole a $1000 from me. One of your email responses also included an implicit threat and now my sister is getting visitors with screen names like "shut up bitch" along with more explicit names referring to the money Streamate stole. On legal advice, I have forwarded the emails to the proper authorities - I will let this be handled in that manner henceforth. And still, they continue to post my videos as well as create links to other sites using my screen name and image.

Thanks for writing these posts. I was considering them, but after reading that... I'd rather keep my money safe. And know that support is there to help me not attack me, lol. I think some part of the scare is that they are commenting over and over the same thing on other peoples threads when they complain. Yet its consistant that nobody ever says its been resolved or changes their review (which people do very often if that occurs). Quite a few people saying, "xyz person never replied" when they emailed them. The website just looks complete trash... :/.
