I've used them on my site for over a year now and have been happy enough with them to keep using and to recommend to others (with some notes, below).

The bad:
Their support can take DAYS to get back to you, and at one point this was a major issue since I could not manually add a user. I would almost rate them a 2 on that, except that it was technically my fault for updating wordpress which changed the htaccess file pointing to their security script... and they DID end up apologizing for the awful delay in their response. Luckily my client was very understanding.

Please be aware that WORDPRESS UPDATES CAN CHANGE THEIR HTACCESS FILE - so either do NOT use WordPress in your members area, or do NOT do updates, or backup your Htaccess file before updating the code.

Also, it is MUCH easier if your script is in a subdirectory rather than subdomain. This caused me some issues with the initial set up.

They auto blacklist some countries, and once I had a legit fan wanting to join (he was stationed in Africa or something- totally checked out). I just had him pay with a gift card and manually created access.

Their affiliate program is apparently only considered so-so. Rabbits Reviews requires sites that use Zombaio to keep a button on their homepage (v.s. just on the "links" page).

Their help documentation on anything but the initial setup, is pretty hard to find and not very helpful. I think they need to have this issue with WordPress updates covered :-)

The good:
I love their low processing rates and that you can accept mastercard and visa without any other fees!

I love that you can generate payment code and sell cam shows very easily with "tokens". You have total control over how you charge and how much etc.

You can easily set up an affiliate system with giving however much of a split you want to sites that promote you.

Their code is easy to generate and to place on your site.

You can have hidden payment options (so I can create a lower promo offer on a hidden page, and not have it show up on the main subscription form).

You can also give discounts for customer loyalty, have trial subscriptions, etc.

They are REALLY flexible in things you charge for and how you can use them. This is the main reason I've rated their software as 4 stars.

Their checks come reliably, after you reach the $100 minimum. It is VERY discreet. I mistook my first check for a bill the first time!

They really are nice and helpful, once you actually reach their customer service.

I would recommend Zombaio to any beginner with a paysite who doesn't want to pay the $1000 visa/mc processing fee.

I've used Verotel in the past. I had ONE chargeback and they suspended my account, and their security services/risk management were slow to get ahold of.

You need a different kind of account to charge for camshows - they are primarily a subscription management payment processor.

They are not very flexible, and their "Ticketsclub" can be confusing to clients, since they get around the Visa/MC fees by selling "tickets".

Their affiliate system is good, and their back end is user friendly and attractive.

I have gotten some faithful regulars on CamModelDirectory (traffic could be better, but slow traffic is still traffic!). Never had a single issue with support (Mark) and never had a single issue getting paid. I get paid by payoneer card loads.

I didn't know there was a huge $13 activation fee when you get the card and load your first amount of money from your company. Also there are tons of other huge fees and customer service was not very good. I like Redpass MUCH better.

I am sick of having to approve every deposit so I can start waiting 2 days while they hold my money just because I don't want to pay the $5 for the 2 hour load. They even tell you it has been processed but they don't give it to you.

If you don't go to their site and choose a load "option" it when you get paid it won't load until you select either 2 days or 2 hours for $5. That means it can be sitting in there for a week and you would think it would go through, but actually it's just sitting there waiting for you. Then, if you don't want to pay them you have to wait 2 more days even though you have already been waiting a week.

You don't get your money automatically unless you agree to pay the $5 every time. So unless you do that you have to go to their site every time you get paid. And I sometimes get payouts from Customs4u that are like $10 because you can cash out any time... Those fees really add up!

Definitely is not a discreet payment provider. I had to give too much information on bank where I went to get my money and sign papers.

Thought I left this review already. ePayService is Terrible. They took our cards away so many times for so many reasons. Once they said they were denied by mastercard. another time it was for us to get chips in our cards. THAT DIDNT WORK ALL THE TIME anyway. Then they claim to have to lowest fees AND THEY DONT! Payoneer had low fees. ePayService. Not so much. You'll pay your fees in EUROS OR USD. Sometime as high as $25-40 Euros in transfers. It's Rubbish. Go Cosmo.

I dont use western union, because local bank always ask me too much details about amounts and who sent the Money to me. It is a safe method but unpractical.

I only use Payoneer and haven't had any experiences with any other payment service providers but I can say that generally speaking they have been flawless. It took quite a while to receive my card when I first signed up, but it has been smooth sailing since. I haven't had to contact them for any reason since getting my card so I can't comment on their customer service. I did contact them when i had gone 3 weeks without getting my card in the mail and it took a three or four days to get a standard reply about how long it could take.

But I have not had any troubles at all. I highly reccomend them. The smartphone app is good to use as well as it converts US currency into Australian so that is always helpful. So if you have the choice and are a new customer or new to the industry and dislike taking guesses as to what companies you should trust, I can vouch for Payoneer being 100 percent legit.

I had Paxum... ordered a card that never arrived... After more then 7 months waiting I cancel my account with them!

I decided to give them another chance as I also need because 2 of the websites I work unfortunately have them as option and there's not other options besides direct transfer. Ok, I did another account with them... and this time the card arrived in less then a month. Few months later the card was cancel and since then there's no option, no updates besides keep saying "very soon" or "in talks" for us to have a new option as card... Not even a virtual visa card option you have with them.

Very disappointed, feels like they really don't even want to take the effort to fill their clients needs.

I am sure I am not the only one feeling this way!

As a adult model, my advice is to choose CosmoPayment instead Paxum.

Note: Do not use PayPal for anything other than raising money for a non adult oriented reason.

I use PayPal as a college fund piggy bank for donations ONLY. I do not use or advertise the use of PayPal for adult related transactions.

PayPal's TOS prohibits the use of their services for adult related business. If suspect, they can and will suspend your account privileges and I have heard of some models receiving up to a 500 USD fine for violating these terms.

Fees are only incorporated if you sign up as a business account. I have two PayPals, one as a college piggy bank and one for eBay.

I have had no issues with PayPal and never needed to contact support. I am well aware of PayPal and also use their services for selling used tech equipment and textbooks on eBay and everything ran incredibly smooth.

Their software is incredibly user friendly with a simple interface anyone can use or operate.

I work with Paxum for two years, they ask for many deposits and fees at the beginning but after that they work pretty well.

Support is hard to find, I recommend Chris from Paxum easy to find on Facebook.
