Cosmo would be great if they would take lesson from
Paxum, Wise, Monese, Revolut on how to run a e-wallet and a physical card! I had nothing but troubles with Cosmo since I started working with them. I would totally give up on them right away if I would not have some camsites where I only have
CosmoPayment as payment method. At first, their fees are high but the quality of the services they provide is low. I had issues with receiving my plastic card, first one was lost so I had to insist to receive another and to wait again to receive it. Then, when my card arrived, there was not any way for me to use it anywhere. I couldn't add it on Google pay, I couldn't pay in a store at a regular POS where
Paxum, Monese, Revolut and Wise cards were accepted with not any problem, I tried to do an online payment and again, it didn't work. I spoke to their support, and they were not able to give me help to actually use my card in any way, telling me that the merchants I tried to pay at did not accept prepaid cards which is not true because the rest of the card I mentioned above worked with not any issue. I even provided them screenshots from 2 differents merchants where it was clearly stated that there is an issue with the card, which issue? I don't know, and Cosmo doesn't seem to know either. It's unfortunate because I really needed them but I'd probably just give up on those sites I work on where I need Cosmo as payment method. Also some other small issues I had is that my account was active for a while and they have that 3$ fee per month, and because I did not use that account for a while, when I finally received a payment, all of my money were taken because I had a long debt to pay for a while, but let's say that's okay cause I should have paid that monthly fee. Another thing is that when I received my card it was clearly stated that I will receive the physical plastic card's PIN when I will click on "activate it" on their platform which I did but there was not any PIN code there, so then again I had to reach support to find out which my PIN was.. I'm disappointed and I don't recommend it.
