I haven't use Paxum in a long time,but always kept the account"just in case".As i understood CosmoPayment&SM having some issues i decided to go back to Paxum,at least untill things with Cosmo are ok.
In my country Paxum card can only be used to one or two ATM so i did the transfer to my bank account.Today is the 11'th day sence i wait.I reached to Paxum,they were fast in answering,telling me was a 5 days delay on their part and i have to wait 5 more days not including the weekends...Made me respect and being understandable with Cosmo much more.

Never got through the identity verification process, first due to technical problems that kept me from finishing the application, then once that reached a resolution, they refused every single address identification document (since a driver's license (or any 1 single document) cannot serve as proof of both your age/identification and your location/address - WHY TF NOT? I submitted documentation from pretty much every category they suggest, and followed all the rules, submitting docs straight from my online accounts, from .edu sites, .gov sites, and the reasons for document rejection ranged from completely irrelevant to my submission to just outright blatantly wrong ("this is missing xyz" despite the document showing xyz multiple times. These responses (all via email) began arriving so promptly after i'd submit each document, i came to the conclusion that i had to be getting like, randomized automated rejection emails; i gave up wishing i had never started the process and given this grift of a "payment processor" so much of my personal and private information, especially when they couldn't even be bothered to use it to verify my account. STAY AWAY FROM Paxum.

I used this as a model in 2016 and it took months to be paid out and there were tons of fees. Phone number never worked, just a dead line. It may have improved since then, but that was it for me. In 2020, I tried to sign up for an account as a business owner to pay out my models who wanted to be paid using Paxum. There was no clear way to add money to my account so I could have money to pay out to the model's Paxum account. Still unclear how other businesses use this service. I asked how and they cancelled my account. Could never get in touch with them

No problems so far, I hope it continues like this, the fees are very high, it took a long time to approve me, even with all the right documents, if there is a problem, the support is just horrible, nothing human, totally robotic. I'll come back to comment again. UPDATE: Fast payments, high fees for shipping to Brazil. I still haven't been robbed of a penny, I hope it stays that way.

I have some friends who own several studios, following some notifications from the tax office, a dispute came to the court and during the trial the law firm who represent my friends came into possession of some informations according to which PAXUM on the Romanian side handed over to the tax agency the entire database of persons registered with Romanian citizenship, regardless of whether it was personal or business accounts.
After the legal dispute ends I hope to be able to provide some evidence to support my statement, if any fizical(paper) available, if not I will 100% provide the name of the law firm so that anyone if they want to ensure the correctness of the information will be able to request a meeting at the office and request information about what I said (even if it will be based on a paid meeting).

I have never experienced such poor customer service. It is so bad that I believe it is being done intentionally because the level of poor treatment goes beyond incompetence.
I had no issues getting my I.D accepted but they refuse to accept my identity documents. I've tried many, many times and each time it is refused so I email explaining the problem and they respond with a useless answer and close the email chain even after I ask them to wait until the problem is fixed.
I have been trying to get my account approved for a month and just today they finally said they do not accept the type of address that is on my utility bills which is the exact same type of address that is on my i.d.
That's right -they won't accept the address type that is on the i.d they already accepted but the address must be the same as on the i.d.
They refused to even tell me this was the problem all this time and have been insulting as though this is my fault that they obviously never even bothered to check my i.d in the first place.
As this is the only address on either of my I.D's I have no idea what I am supposed to do and I have funds stuck on a site that has my only payment option as Paxum.
The 800# does not work as it just rings and then disconnects and neither the Telegram nor Skype listed as contact methods are still valid accounts.
If I could give 0 stars for my experience with this company I would.

Same, dude, same. They've had about 100 of my hard earned money for about a year. I've submitted ID to them about a billion times and they keep asking for it again. Then they won't get me withdraw my money. And sites I've done relatively well on in the past I can't work on anymore because Pam is the only option.

I had issues with paxum accepted ANY documets and they NEVER RESPOND to any of my concerns, sadly it is the only payment option for most site for eruopean models.
AVOID OFF ANY COST . support was hiding informations. support sent me FAKE PROOF OF TRANSACTION . Paxum hostaged my money a MONTH while their bank partner was using and spinning my money . and then rejected to transfer it . i dont have enough bad words for Paxum .liars and amateurs ....

I have money in my paxum account I cannot withdraw. I've submitted my documentation multiple times only to be asked for it AGAIN and then when I told them I can't withdraw my money, they want video proof of what I'm trying to do. Oh! And I can't change my phone number. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Hey, I am from Jamaica and I do onlyfans. Paxum closed my account after trying to verify my address which is on my ID card am6d bank statement. They said that they want street number but that is not common in my country. I called and explained only to receive a permanent ban. I feel so hopeless.
