[b]1) Who are you and for which company do you work?[/b] My name is [url=https://www.wecamgirls.com/users/Chloe_ImLive/]Chloe[/url] and I am the Host Representative on [url=https://www.wecamgirls.com/reviews/ImLive/]ImLive.com[/url]. [b]2) How did you get into the adult industry? How long have you been a part of the industry? [/b] I first started in the adult industry in 2009 as a customer service representative. I have always enjoyed helping and meeting people from all different areas of the world and it never bothered me that I was working in the adult industry. After a few years I was offered the position of Customer service Manger which allowed me to work closely with our members, giving me a much better understanding of exactly what our members are looking for and what their needs are. Hence, when the position of becoming the host representative became available I jumped at the chance as I always loved working closely with the hosts when I was a customer service representative. This is the area that I missed the most, I can�t imagine anything better than being able to help strong independent business women meet their full potential and thanks to having the close interaction with our members I feel I can help them achieve their goals even more. Which is obviously to make as much $$$ as they can. After all this is everyone�s goal. [b]3) What is your ultimate goal for the company / site? What about for the cam industry in general?[/b] My ultimate goal is to ensure that my hosts receive the best support and service available. We all know hosts work hard putting all their effort into their work and I want to make sure that my hosts can achieve 110% with not only our 24/7 customer service help and support but the support of the whole company. Also that our hosts are not only fully updated with all new features that are available for both our hosts and our guests on [url=https://www.wecamgirls.com/reviews/ImLive/]ImLive[/url] but for my hosts to be involved and have input into the creation of new tools and features, after all who knows the members better that the people working closest with them? I think presently we have an amazing host community with our veteran hosts assisting new hosts and vice versa, I obviously would love to see this increase and build. As an independent woman myself I feel very strongly about being the host representative which makes me the hosts voice in the company making sure their comments are heard, and trust me they are J [b]4) What can we expect from your company in the near future? Are you going to introduce new features?[/b] That�s a very interesting question. As always with our company, new features and new directions are developed all the time. Naturally I am focusing on the host side I have in my draws many new ideas & suggestions from all our valued host communities to be pushed in 2015 including obviously making on-going improvements and face lift to the host area. I know hosts are inform of their computers hours and hours each day and it is my mission to make sure they have all available tools, features and tactics to not only convert Im[url=https://www.wecamgirls.com/reviews/ImLive/]ImLive[/url]Live members but to retain them. As we have proven again and again the strength of [url=https://www.wecamgirls.com/reviews/ImLive/]ImLive[/url] is the HUGE retention value of its users and this is thanks to a very deep product and very good loyal and understanding host community. One other big project we are working on is sex.xxx and other triple x�s prime domains. We are also happy to announce we have passed the 10,000 white label site that has been created by webcamwiz.com and of course we are still growing and expect a large growth in 2015 within our white label platform. Obviously with this many sites / white label sites the exposure for our hosts on PC, Mobile and tablet in many different languages is huge which means that no matter what niche or language a host speaks there is a place for them with us on [url=https://www.wecamgirls.com/reviews/ImLive/]ImLive[/url]. [b]5) What are the best and worst things about working for a company that is involved in the cam industry?[/b] I�ll start with the worst things about working for a company that is involved in the adult industry. Well as we all know the adult industry never sleeps and never takes a break its 24/7 365 days a year, which obviously means that I too am available 24/7, 365 days a year no matter if I�m on vacation. So all in all it�s a lot of work. Now for the best part about working in the adult industry. I get to meet so many different people from all walks of life from all over the world. The intensity and the love that you feel in this industry especially throughout the host community is incredible there are so many people putting everything they have into their working day that you too cannot help but put 110% into it as well and yes I�m secretly a workaholic J [b]6) What is your off-the-job life like? And do you tell everybody that you work in this industry?[/b] To be honest I don�t have much of an outside life I really am a workaholic when I�m not in the office I�m usually with family, I love my job and I have no problem at all in telling anyone what I do for a living. [b]7) Do you have any funny stories about working in this type of job? What's the strangest thing that's ever happened to you?[/b] I have a lot of funny stories but the one that makes me smile the most is that I was at a family wedding speaking to a friend of the family that I had not seen in years. I was telling her about my new job as the host representative of [url=https://www.wecamgirls.com/reviews/ImLive/]ImLive[/url] when she went bright red!! I thought to start with that maybe she was embarrassed talking about my job as not everyone is comfortable with it. What I didn�t realise is that she had been camming for years; you know when you both just realise instantly that ohhhh yes now I know where I saw your face before!! It was a good hour before both of us stopped laughing and could speak again. [b]8) Is there anything you'd like to "clear up" about people that work for camsites?[/b] All the people working in the cam industry are amazingly open people. There is such a variety of personalities, cultures all working under one roof. You will find people that by day, work as bank managers, doctors and by night cam. Our industry is not gender discriminative or age discriminative there is a place for everyone which nowadays you can�t say is true for general society. [b]9) What is your best advice for a new model on your site?[/b] Try to start every day with a clear fresh mind. Make sure to be attentive to your members building an online relationship is about listening to your members and understanding their needs. Obviously sex plays a big role in camming, members are looking for a fantasy and you play the role of that fantasy but don�t disregard that many members are looking for companionship, someone to talk with, understand them. The best tools you have you already own �your smile and your ability to communicate�. [b]10) How do you deal with scammers/chargebacks/nasty clients?[/b] We have a large compliance team that monitor 24/7 all activity on the site in order to prevent fraud and rude behaviour by both guests and hosts. We are doing our best to minimalise the bad activity in our system. Our anti-fraud department is constantly working on stopping fraudulent use of credit cards & we do everything in our power to protect our system. Nevertheless, we have a NO CHB Policy as we absorb all Chargebacks to the benefit of our hosts [b]11) What is your motto?[/b] Keep smiling there�s always a rainbow with a pot of gold on the other end of the webcam somewhere.

i work on imlive for years and chloe contacted me in her function as a support, so my first email from her was at a time, before i read this article here at WCG, so i was surprised that she wrote more "lines" that the problem needs, but this "more lines" , transported for me a great familiar feeling and a feeling that i am not only a number or an account, like support on other sites do (great mistake!)
So Chloe write here in this interview things, that i can confirm.
My empathie let me say, that she really lives for her job -
thats no doubt about it for me.
I wish we had 10 "Chloe`s" in every Support -Staff of every Camsite
