The support is quite robotic depending on what you need there is 1 support called Buisness advisor that takes care of your account and one that it s Help desk just for the site .
The new software is absolutly crap, knowing them and their position about non-natives i kinda think that the softaware is made to work great just for their models.
It s not easy to sign up on it depepending on where you are you ll need a lot of proves and the only accepted type of identification is a passport , preferably a 5/10 year passport.
I am quite bitter about it because in so many years I have no regulars or loyals unlike other sites. Most privates are 5 min.Also many members feel entitled like after a 2 min show in which they lack the very most basic manners to send you an email requesting meetings for a small amount obviously.

There's lots of freedom to do things my own way too.
I'm English, but registration was a bit of a pain even though I have a UK passport; well worth the initial effort though.
The customers are great as well, really friendly and most are kind and normal.

It's ok as a background site for me, but their traffic leaves a lot to be desired as it only goes to UK models, the traffic doesn't really go to European models, which discourages me somewhat,but at least I built some regulars there on AdultWork, and some visits me regularly, so I earn a day 10- 30£ per day and 100£ rarely thanks to my regulars but there are also other days dead with 0£ . Their software is so confusing, I don't know how to activate the call phone option where I don't want them to see my real number even they have tutorials but I can't understand some tutorials confusing. Some few software is missing, they don't have 2 step verification, and I can't send inbox messages frist to individual members(at least for my regulars spenders). Also, I don't use Free chat that often, except on bad days on AdultWork, because in Free chat I only see rude people, they ask nonsens questions, thanks god that it's optional but usually I prefer to stay only in privately available waiting for members to join private or group.
But their support was extremely helpful when I had problems with the payment with which it took a whole month to wait for my payment with which there were problems with which I had not received the payout. But this issue with the payment was solved, but I would wish if can they to send the payment faster, because 2 weeks/ 14 days is a bit long to wait for my payments.
