It appears there have been recent changes to how Streamates handles couples accounts for webcam models. Previously, couples could have a joint account, but now each individual must have their own separate account. These individual accounts can be "linked" to appear in the couples category during streams. This new system allows for better management of individual profiles while still enabling joint performances. Members are encouraged to reach out for further clarification if needed.
