Used
Skrill as a business account with all the extra verification steps for over a year. I sent thousands of dollars each month to other girls working for me. I was completely transparent the entire time about what business type I was (ADULT).
In the last couple months (review written in Dec 2023) I have been hearing about
Skrill removing adult accounts, even though nothing in their terms disallow this.
My time came and they deleted mine and have kept the thousand or so dollars in my wallet. I recommend frequently emptying your account as they reserve their rights to keep any funds in there.
While it was working for me, the fees were high (2.5% to fund by credit card, 1.45% to send
Skrill to
Skrill, free to fund by bank deposit but a limit of 500 CAD every few days and this feature was regularly broken)
The software frequently broke for me with bank deposits being the worst offender. I figured out through trial and eror that each linked bank account would work once then error every time after that so I would have to delete them and add them again each time. Then the ability to delete the linked accounts started to break and I had to email support each time to manually get them to delete linked accounts.
Support would take a long time to respond, if at all, and would provide a band-aid solution but never address underlying issues with the software.
