We added the option for customers to see a previes of your picsets 4 sale.
They have a link underneath your picset. When they click this link they get a popup containing micro thumbails from all pictures in the picset.
The thumbnails are only 50 pixels wide, so it's not like your giving your content away for free 
As you might have noticed, we have some currency issues on CamgirlCollective.
You enter the prices in USD and when customer want to pay, the prices have changed to EUR. Not very good for conversion 
Unfortunately, it's not very simple to change our Zombaio account from EUR to USD. It can take a while before we can accepting USD.
To avoid having to change all prices when our account is upgraded to a USD account, we chose the following solution:
- You can price your items at USD prices through your admin panel
- All prices appear as EUR on your profile (which means everything is about 30% more expensive than you had in mind).
- When the account is switched to USD, we will change all valuta to USD on your profile.

It took us a while to build, but customers can now buy your content through your CGC profile.
As a promotional offer the payout for all your sales will be 70%! Later on we will change it back to 65%.
You can upload picsets and video clips. Customers can download their purchases as zip-file (for picsets) or clips (for videos). Customers can download the file only once and only within 48 hours.

Today we had our first DDOS attack on camgirlcollective.com. We temporarily had to turn off the site to avoid other sites being shutdown too (so when you visit camgirlcollective you'll see the following message: This account has been suspended. Either the domain has been overused, or the reseller ran out of resources.) A DDOS attack doesn't cause permanent damage, but it is really annoying. Too bad we don't know who is behind the attack, but the site will be back online when the attack is over. It's very hard to protect a site against DDOS attacks and the main thing we can do is to turn off the site when it happens.
As you might have noticed, the online status of models on CamgirlCollective is not working as you might expect.
Your status stays 'online' as long as you don't manually click 'offline'.
This results in 90% of the camgirls being always online, which is a bit confusing for customers
So we have 2 options to solve this problem:
1. Remove the whole status-field altogether. There won't be any difference between online and offline models.
2. Keep track of your activities on WeCamgirls and CamgirlCollective and keep those times as last-online time. Everyone who's active on 1 of the 2 sites stays 'online' and after 30 minutes your status automatically changes to 'offline'.

We had a poll about a minimum price for content 4 sale on CamgirlCollective. Results suggested that a majority of you wanted a minimum price to prevent people dumping their content online for almost free. That's why we setup a minimum price of 5 USD for all content. We hope everybody is happy with this price.
We have two new achievements, the Top Member achievement and the Member of the Week achievement. You can get the first one if you end up in the top 5 of members with the most XP (actually it's 2 till 5) and you get the second one when you gather the most XP in one week. After a couple requests we added the option to add labels to your show rates at CGC. You can now for example add 'Fetish show' as label if you charge more per minute for those shows. The implementation of a payment processor is almost ready for camgirlcollective. Now we can focus on the more practical issues of payments. Since you're the experts and users, we would like your opinion about certain things.
Currency
For practical reasons we want to work with a token system. Customers can buy tokens with creditcard. How much dollar cents should 1 token represent?
Picsets
How do you want to upload the pictures? Just selecting multiple pictures on your computer or uploading a zip file? And do customers download a zipfile with the pictures or do they get a thumbnail gallery style page?
Video 4 sale
Do you want customers having the option to download the video or do you want it to be streaming? Do you want your uploaded videos to show screenshots (like on a porntube)?
Booked skypeshows
How do you want customers to pay with tokens? Just arrange a time and send him a payment request? We can all automate that. How do other sites handle this?
