I have been having nothing but problems with wishtender and now I know why. I thought that they also ran wishbiller. So I signed up with them at the same time that I signed up with wishtender. Both sites looked the same and they looked like they have the same owners. But boy was I wrong! Wishbiller is infected with an illegal virus. So I closed my wishtender and I strongly suggest that you stay away from wishbiller.

Wishtender doubles as both a high percentage payout processer and a wishlist which is great.
Instead of items which a customer might expect to see if he purchased I added experiences such as lunch, dinner, etc in the dollar amounts of various cam session lengths minus the Wishtender fees to encourage customers to use it.
I have switched completely from Throne to this service and though I have only recently set it so have had only one customer use it yet he said it was very easy to work with on his end as well.
My payment came in promptly and correctly.

I m reading in their TOS that they cover the chargeback fees and not the actual chargeback. About refunds, yes, they re clear on that, they don t do them unless you specifically ask them to.

We cover chargebacks where the code type is "Fraud" - which is the most common dispute type in the adult space. We work with our users and have covered other disputes entirely, depending on the circumstances. We also spend a lot of time and effort to fight every dispute.
