Hey beautiful people,
So I am a PSO at phonedarlings and up until now there were no issues. Yesterday the support told me they need to check my bank account data to make the payment with wise. Although the payment went through a couple of times before, they wanted me to confirm my data (address, name, email, etc.). I also received an email with the same request from phone darlings support.
After confirming, I received the payment as usual and today the guy proceeds telling me:
"Oh nice, you are at 'this city.' I was there last month and will be there again in August/September."
Ok? Excuse me? So you tell me you know where I am and all my data and then tell me you will be in this city??? Why? Who are you even? We can't see the names of support.
My data is treated casually and I never received such an unprofessional comment from support ever before.
This is creepy. Is there anyone from phonedarlings?
Did that happen to anyone else?

He is travelling a few times a year due to his businesses. That was just a too friendly remark for networking purposes. I don't work on PD.
