The WeCamgirls Survey

We want to thank you for filling out the WeCamgirls survey and we are delighted that most of you are quite happy with the site. Here you can see an overview of the questions and answers: The questions what can we do better and what do you dislike about WeCamgirls were the most important ones to us, because this shows us where and what we can improve. Although most comments were very positive we�d like to elaborate on this one, because there were some things that could be important and we�d like your input. The survey was anonymous, so we don�t know who gave the answers/comments. In [red]red[/red] you�ll find our thoughts and answers on it. * The camgirlcollective is a bit confusing at first. ([red]we�ve created a FAQ recently, hopefully this will help[/red]) * This is tough. I think maybe some of the cam site reviews can lead people to believe a bad site is good because not all members take time to review all sites. Could give a slanted view possibly. ([red]The easiest solution to this is more reviews. More reviews will level the score. We will also add the feature that reviewers get a reminder to check their review after a certain amount of time if they still see it the same way[/red]) * It is sometimes difficult to tell what is actually "private" between me and another or that all can see. ([red]Verified forum only verified members can see, Non verified forum all members can see, Chat Rooms all members, Personal chat only you and the other member, PM means private message and only you and the other member can see it, Wall all members[/red]) * Sometimes the site logged me off when I go into the forum. I logged back in only to find myself offline again in the forum. ([red]if this is your comment or if you have a similar problem please contact Rutger so that we can solve it[/red]) * the Forums are really confusing and they just all run together, I hit the wrong forum all the time on accident or i lose them and can never find them again. ([red]we don�t know exactly what you mean, but could it be possible that you only see the �active topics�? This happens when you click �Forum� on �Now on our Forum�. When you go to Forum in the topbar and click index you see an overview of everything. We�ve recently added filters do they help?[/red]) * chat is hard to notice... It'd be nice to have it alert me better when it's active, when people arrive/leave, etc. ([red]WeCamgirls is a custom build website except for the chat. This means that we can add/change only a few things on the chat and that we completely depend on Arrowchat for updates.[/red]) * My offline Instant Message disappear before I can read them. ([red]please contact Rutger, since we don�t exactly know what you mean[/red]) * A Better less confusing layout of the site would really help ([red]please share your ideas with us how we can make things less confusing[/red]) We added our thoughts and answers to the comments but we love to have your input and if you experience similar problems or if you have ideas to better the site. A couple of other comments were about "not much people on the chat or online at one moment". This is mostly timezone related and this problem will be solved when we get bigger :). So in general you really like this site, but as you can see this doesn't mean that we won�t be working on WeCamgirls anymore! On the contrary. Every day you (and we) think of new things that could be useful on WeCamgirls and most of these things will be implemented. The survey also makes clear that there is room for improvement. When building a site from scratch adding more and more new features can make a site more complex, especially for new users. With your input we are hoping to make it an even better and more useful site.
